Our Background

Flamed Pizzas is a family-run business based in Eccles, Manchester and was established in December 2019. Due to COVID-19, we knew that we had challenging times ahead. We turned this into an opportunity by providing takeaway through UberEats from our driveway. Following the success of this, we gained a 5 star rating which gave us a good platform to then move into mobile catering as originally planned.

After the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, we were back on the road and from there we were able to build up a wide and varied client base and were thrilled to be able to do what we love, serving great food and creating memorable experiences. Our pizza van was carefully designed and customized to meet the highest standards, ensuring that we can bring the authentic taste of wood fired pizza to you, wherever you are. As a small, local business, we take pride in every pizza we serve, using only the freshest ingredients and offering a personal touch that reflects our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction great atmosphere to great people.

At Flamed Pizzas Ltd, we don’t just cook pizza; we bring the authentic taste of Naples to the heart of Manchester and the UK. Founded by Ste, our mission is to deliver an unforgettable, artisan dining experience directly to your doorstep, wedding venue, or corporate event.

What Makes Us Different?

The Oven: Our pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, hand-built and imported from Naples, reaching temperatures of 450°C to create that perfect "leopard-spotted" crust in under 90 seconds.

The ingredients: We believe in quality without compromise. From San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella and our locally sourced Cheddar/Mozzarella mix to our signature 48-hour fermented dough, every bite reflects the heritage of Italian pizza-making.

The Setup: Our bespoke mobile kitchen is fully self-contained with its own power and water, allowing us to set up in almost any location while maintaining a stylish, professional aesthetic.
